Refund Policy

We want every supporter of 1dollarbutton.click to feel confident about their contribution. If something went wrong with your payment or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payments processed by Paddle, refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Refund Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of your contribution to submit a refund request.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email so that we can verify the transaction and process it accurately. Please send your request to:

• The email address used for the purchase (or your order ID / payment ID);
• The approximate date and amount of the contribution;
• The cryptocurrency or payment method used;
• A short description of the reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).

4. Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually. We aim to respond to every request within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 10 business days.

Refund requests may be declined if:

• The request is submitted more than 14 days after the transaction;
• The transaction cannot be located or verified based on the information provided;
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse, or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Refunds and Cryptocurrency

Contributions made in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same cryptocurrency, based on the USD-equivalent value at the time of the original transaction. Because cryptocurrency values fluctuate, the amount received back may differ slightly from what was originally sent. Network (blockchain) fees associated with the refund transaction are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that, by their nature, blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We will issue refunds to the same wallet address used for the original payment whenever possible. If this is not possible, we will coordinate with you by email to find an alternative solution.

6. Refunds and Card Payments

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Refunds for card payments are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the Service was not delivered as described, you retain all legal remedies available to you.
