These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and Aleksandr Maloletnikov ("we", "us", "Seller"), the operator of 1dollarbutton.click ("the Website", "the Service"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service allows users to make voluntary financial contributions ("contributions") in USD-equivalent value using cryptocurrency or card payment. Each contribution is processed either directly through our cryptocurrency payment processor or through Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record for card payments. The Website displays a counter that decreases by the contribution amount after each successfully confirmed payment. Contributions are non-commercial and intended as goodwill support for the project.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means that Paddle.com is the legal seller of the Service to you for card-based transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, tax calculation and remittance, chargeback handling, and refund processing in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. For cryptocurrency payments, the transaction is processed directly by our cryptocurrency payment processor.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By making a contribution, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Contributions are voluntary. The amount is selected by you on the Website before payment. Payment is processed in cryptocurrency via our cryptocurrency payment processor and, where applicable, through Paddle.com for card payments. All contributions are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. All payment data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS and applicable data protection laws.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, you may request a refund within 14 days of your contribution by contacting us at support@1dollarbutton.click. Each request is reviewed individually.

All content, design, code, and branding on the Website are the exclusive property of the Seller or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your most recent contribution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
